Which DICOM services and study limits does each plan include?
Starter covers C-STORE, C-FIND, C-MOVE, and REST API access for up to 10,000 studies. Business adds the OHIF Viewer plugin, DICOMweb (WADO-RS/STOW-RS), and S3 object storage up to 100,000 studies. Enterprise is unlimited with multi-site routing and custom plugins.
Can we configure DICOM routing rules to forward studies automatically?
Yes. Orthanc's Lua-based routing engine lets us set up rules that forward studies to other PACS nodes, modality destinations, or external DICOMweb endpoints. We configure and test routing rules as part of the deployment.
Does managed Orthanc support DICOMweb for web-based PACS viewers?
Yes, on Business and Enterprise plans. We enable the DICOMweb plugin (WADO-RS, STOW-RS, QIDO-RS) so OHIF Viewer or any DICOMweb-compliant client can connect directly.
Can I migrate an existing DICOM archive to PACSNova?
Yes. We migrate your archive using C-MOVE or STOW-RS from your current PACS or Orthanc instance. Tell us your approximate study count before sign-up so we can plan storage and downtime.
